This system mainly consists of visibility meters, integrated meteorological sensors, road condition sensors, composite information signs, variable traffic signs, speed detection and speeding capture systems, transmission networks, and central stations.

3、 Monitoring of Road Meteorological Conditions
Road meteorological condition monitoring is a key part of this system, which is implemented by the road meteorological monitoring station. The meteorological monitoring station integrates visibility meters, integrated meteorological sensors, and road condition sensors. The system changes the speed limit value of the signboard according to different road weather conditions, and also changes the speed limit value for speeding capture.

When the weather or road conditions change, the corresponding speed limit values are modified in real time according to the changes in meteorological conditions.
