The FSVM30 forward scattering atmospheric visibility meter is an intelligent instrument for online real-time monitoring of atmospheric horizontal visibility. The instrument mainly consists of an optical transmitter, an optical receiver, and a measurement controller. The measurement controller controls the optical transmitter to emit light, while the optical receiver senses the forward scattered light intensity of aerosol particles in the atmosphere. The measurement controller measures the forward scattered light intensity and calculates the atmospheric visibility value.
